One of the most recurring costs in record management is the process and storage of paper records. To eliminate the paper process is the main focus of the application. Paper should only be necessary as an option only in the records management process. For example, look at the submission form for the General Consent for Medical Treatment. Physicians can login and access patient's records in real time from remote locations and consult with one another in real time.
