releases it's V5.0 application, Hospital Admissions Database. The project was implemented for the purpose of eliminating the vast amounts of repeditive paper forms used by admitting personnel in the process of patient admissions. In todays hospital environment the increase of paper records usage and storage has become an ever cumbersum burden that hospitals are forced to deal with on a daily basis. SDT took this situation into consideration and deployed it's resources to solve this issue.Using the application, hospital personnel admitting patients have the option of using the standard paper forms or utilizing the technology of a computer or secure wireless Pc notebook to fill out and submit their admittance forms. This application not only reduces the front end costs and improves efficiency for the hospital, but also includes the savings factor through the actual storage of vital records in a digital format.
The records can be updated, edited, searched and stored electronically without the use of a single piece of paper. The application has the ability to attach documents in a static document, image or video format.
