Displayed are other capabilities and applications,
as shown here under application for the Georgia Department of Revenue, Sales and Use Tax Division internet e-File Database System. What is e-File, you may ask? A browser based system specifically designed to give the tax paying public the choice to either remit their taxes
and affiliated paper forms to the State,
through the standard practice of using the paper forms and the U.S. Postal Service "OR" to e-File their taxes and payment over the internet
electronically thus eliminating all of the generated paper tax forms. As well as the associated costs to handle, file, store and warehoue those paper tax forms.
Starting with the link on the upper left, you will see the Form ST-3 (PART D) which is a form used for
reporting Sales and Use Taxes by the county. The ST-3 Form is a particulairly large form containing all 159 Georgia Counties. So it is
broken down into segments by alphabetical and county code order.
Each part has the necessary entries required to complete the reporting function and then to be submitted into a specific database for that group.
Although each group is separate during entry, all groups can be searched, edited, backed up and deleted through the Administrative Area
of the database. This type of function is called inter-relational, where as one entry submitted individually into one specific database, can actually be brought into the
scope of inter-relating with all entries submitted through other databases. In an actual applied environment not in this demo application the Database template search forms could be easily converted into a .pdf
file extension or format for printing. The active databases in this demo are from database #1 through database #14. The database #15 is held in reserve for future applications.
Also, the default database [database] is being held for future applications, but it will display by default as database#1 until utilized, in the Administrative Area...
For Demo Purposes view the Front end or User end of the database in Adobe Acrobat .pdf Format.
(You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the Adobe .pdf format)
What is unique about the Adobe Acrobat front end database is, the user can fill out any of the database forms in the PDF Format and print them prior to submission. The User can
keep the documents in PDF Format for their personal filing records. PDF documents are recognized as one of the few legal computer documents accepted in a Court of Law.
